Re: O.J. Simpson
Transits (using noon as a practical time):
t Eris sq r Mercury 0°58'
t Neptune oc r Pluto 0°01'
t Uranus had recently passed is MC (and would have come back) but was not partile
t Jupiter co r MC -0°23', op r Jupiter +0°40'
The Mars-Saturn conjunction that day hit nothing in his natal. Will we find it on angles in his solunars?
These are not the transits of death, especially from prostate cancer, unless there was a much greater since of relief than we know about it. The Jupiter transit to his MC opposite natal Jupiter is more a sign of vindication and a personal feeling of enormous triumph that makes no sense with the available information.
Secondary progressions were not much better. The main factors are progressed Moon exactly opposite his Mercury and progressed Sun just entered partile orb of square his Venus. What we do see btw is that progressed Saturn, for many years, had been square his natal Jupiter and MC, so his long, drawn-out period of disgrace was clear.
His Solar Arcs, however, were clearer (not perfect, but with one clean, important hit). They'd have been even better if d Mars hadn't left orb of his MC.
d Sun sq r Venus -0°50'
d Asc sq r Saturn -0°29'
d Moon oc r Mercury -0°08'
----------------------------------
d Mercury co r Neptune +0°26'
t Eris sq r Mercury 0°58'
t Neptune oc r Pluto 0°01'
t Uranus had recently passed is MC (and would have come back) but was not partile
t Jupiter co r MC -0°23', op r Jupiter +0°40'

Re: O.J. Simpson
His final SLR occurred April 7. While transiting Mars-Saturn were indeed foreground, they weren't close to the angle - but his natal Mars took over. Whether meaningful or not (since specific angles and return charts usually aren't) I notice that all angularity is on the two angles associated with death or the end of things. The failing health indicator of Neptune transiting his Moon is clear.
t Neptune on IC -7°39'
t Moon on IC -6°11' [r Moon on IC -7°21']
------------------------
r Mars on Dsc +0°29'
r Uranus on WP-a +1°34'
t Saturn on IC +7°02'
t Mars on IC +9°41'
t Neptune co r Moon 0°18' M
r Moon-Uranus sq 2°10'
t Mars-Saturn co 2°25'
His SNQ had MC square progressed Pluto and transiting Uranus on Zenith. (Did it take him by surprise? Reports are he was optimistic - perhaps for show? - and really seemed to have a positive attitude and expectation he'd beat the cancer.)
His SQ had MC about a day past natal Pluto and EP-a finishing its conjunction with natal Jupiter.
The PSSR had the final, terminal aspect: Transiting Pluto was 0°44' of square PSSR Moon.
Similarly, if he died after about 7:30 in the morning, his NLR had transiting Pluto precisely at MC paran Jupiter-Uranus rising. The precising is quite noteworthy (and consistent with the message all the way through that Jupiter is an appropriate symbol for this death):
0°45' H1 - t Jupiter
1°27' H1 - t Uranus
2°33' H10 - t Pluto
Natal Jupiter was in that picture, too. Organizing the placements according to the degrees with which planets rose or set:
24°17' Ari - NLR Asc
25°08' Lib - r Jupiter set
25°28' Ari - t Jupiter rose
26°04' Ari - t Uranus rose
His 10-Day Solar April 6 had Moon-Neptune straddling Descendant. (The Ennead sucked as it often does.)
His KLR was surprisingly poor. His Anlunar two days before he died, though, had SSR Saturn about 1° from MC square natal Mars on EP-a - the square was 0°17' wide, was in the SSR all year, and was brought to the angles by this Anlunar. (I'm not usually pleased with Anlunars, but this is the one thing they're usually good for: Drawing non-angular SSR features to the angles.)

It's ancient Polynesian for "stupid typographical error." (There were a lot of bad typists in ancient Polynesia.)
