An interesting and (astrologically speaking) educative example -- somehow, it has not occurred to me to look at it until today, although it's a person I've known for a few decades now and the event in question has been a highly impactful one.

On this day, the Natus' aunt (father's sister), who has been living with them and has been as present & important part of family & immediate daily life-circumstances for him as were the parents (the household had 4 adults at the time: his parents, this aunt, and the grandma - Natus' grandmother from paternal side) has committed suicide, by hanging herself in her room, using the door-knob as "mechanism" for this; the Natus was the one to find her -- upon opening that door to enter the room.

It was, perhaps needless to say, a highly shocking and profoundly life-affecting event, dominantly "coloring" not only the immediate period following, but the whole of that year of Natus' life.
The aunt was over 30 years of age, a sports-person, engaged with local teams & activities & participating in championships, educated, self-disciplined, and in whole, regarded with esteem by her wider social environment; at the time the event took place, she also had had a partner (not from just-recently, but what seemed to be in a longer-term way); in brief, there was nothing in the externally-visible aspects of her life that would indicate she'd choose to thus abruptly end her life - and to do it in the way that it was done.

The Natus was ~9.5 years old when this happened; he and his sister, a bit under 3 years old then, were the only children in the household.
I know about event primarily from his own account. One poignant aspect of it, and of which he's been aware of well into own adulthood, is that at no point, following the event itself, any kind of explicit communication about it with the parental adults took place -- neither the parents nor the grandma initiated, nor otherwise showed any will, to talk with the children about it; the adults were engaged with their own activities, grief, etc., and the two younglings were left to psychologically process it on their own, as a never-openly-addressed-something, however they were able to -- and which proceeded to be the situation thereafter; it has simply stayed as an enormous kind of an open-wound, never openly & directly addressed, never properly communicated -- a brutally-heavy "elephant in the room that everyone pretends isn't there" sort of “appearance” ...

And for the Natus himself, the whole impact of the event was additionally significantly different than for the rest of the household, since it was him to have found the aunt’s body --- and this upon having had by his own hand "dangled" onto that exact door-knob which was, on the other side of the door, holding the rope by which she hanged herself.
