Gauquelin Data

I'm trying to conduct some research and would like to download all the data that Gauquelin. Per the web site below, it says 149,000 pieces of birth information are available. But there doesn't seem to be any clear instructions regarding how to download such a database or even how to purchase it. The info on each page seems somewhat disjointed.

Even on this page, which is supposed to have instructions for purchasing 22,000 pieces of birth info, there are no links or options for buying anything!

On this page, for instance, it does seem to give birth data for 13,000 people, but how do we find the names of the people that the information belongs to?
