Tulsi Gabbard - next secretary of state - first female president?

We don't have her angles or exact position of her Moon. But she has her Moon in tropical LEO/sidereal Cancer and her Sun is exalted in tropical Aries/or sidereal Pisces. Mars in domicile tropical Aries/or sidereal Pisces and Saturn exalted in tropical Libra / or Virgo sidereal.

I believe her stellium is near an angle. Which angle? Well, she does not have any children and she has been in the military and politics for a long time. So I wonder if it's unlikely her stellium is in her first sign, because then she would probably have children already. She's had in vitro, so her 5th sign is probably either barren or has some sort of a malefic influence, either in the sign or next to its ruler. But I'll keep the possibility open because that Moon is placed with the Nnode/Rahu which can distort things in that sign. I'd rather like to place her stellium near her MC/IC axis, but it might be near ASC as well. She's served in the military, so the Sun-Mars in 10th sign is not unlikely... BUT she's also been in politics for a long time, so Jupiter-Saturn & Pluto in the 10th sign is also possible. I have no way of knowing if that's right. It's a guess. I'm guessing that these planets have a lot to do with her life story, so they are somewhere near an angle and define her path in life. It might have also happened as an solar arc trigger. But this is her story from a very young age. I believe in rulers of signs (traditional astrology) and I believe the ruler of her ASC or MC is conjunct Mars.

She's very articulate and highly intelligent, disciplined and studious (graduated top of her class) - Mer-Sat-Jup in aspect and probably prominent in her chart. She's a great speaker as well and she seems to not be compromised by the deep state and has integrity. I believe she could be the first female president of the US.

She enlisted in the national guard at 22 and was deployed to Iraq at 23 yrs. She's served for most of her adult life. This may possibly be an angle direction to Mars, or it could actually be Mars near an angle since it's a rather big part of her life story. She's known for this.

She was relocated at the age of 2 with her family moving to Hawaii. I believe that makes it likely there is a relocation trigger near an angle. But I don't know the reason for the move, so not sure which planet would be a trigger.

I wonder if her stellium is in her first sign or near the ASC with Pluto on the opposite side 2 degrees from her DSC or with the Jup-Sat near the DSC. This means Sun, Mars, Venus and Mer in first will define who she is and how she appears. She is certainly Venusian beautiful, Martian and Mercurian. She is also very well known - her Sun is shining bright so perhaps it's more likely to be in the 1st or 10th sign rather than 4th or 7th.
A possible time interval for this deduction would be 6.25-6.40 AM or 12.15-12.30 IF we want to put her Sun-Mars near those angles. But this is not necessarily the case. We may also have to look at her life story from directing the planets to angles - got married young (21), enrolled in the military, divorced shortly after (4 yrs marriage) - this may be her Venus-Sun-Mars conjunction coming to an angle around that age with a separative/malefic influence, such as Mars 4° from Venus, or Saturn / Pluto on the opposing side as a separative force. I'm just thinking out loud, just making speculations in my head.

Anyway, I think this woman might become the first female president of the USA. But not in the near future, perhaps 12 yrs from now.

So we don't know her birth time, but we know she moved to Hawaii at the age of 2, so relocated angles may also play a HUGE part in her life. But they might just be a few degrees away or one sign off from the birth chart. I just started with the birth place because I was looking for "a natal promise" if my intuition is right.

I'm still guessing that the ruler of her ASC is either Mars, Sun or Venus or it's conjunct those. I believe that's the key to her life and character.

Anyway, I want to continue to look at her planetary directions and powerful transits.

Her entire career has been in public service, to the military and then in politics, Congress. But she is only 43 yrs old, so it's only two decades. This might actually be fitting with t. Pluto through her 10th sign for the last decades.

Playing with this further, it means that the t. Nodes are now about to transit the ruler of her MC, making important connections regarding her career. It also means that t. Pluto is soon about to make a trine to the ruler of her MC, which might make her rise to a power position early next year. Possibly secretary of state, I don't know - but it's going to be a very important role in the government or working for the government. This would also mean that t. Jupiter would be travelling through her 4th sign next year, so it's a boost for her career as well (MC/IC axis). Summer of 2026 t. Jupiter will be on her Moon-Node conjunction with t. Pluto opposite and t. Nep in trine. I'm not sure if that is regarding her family/child (some success with getting pregnant like a dream come true ... or if not success if she will depart with that dream and bury it forever) or some great success in career since it also is in aspect to Jup-Sat. Perhaps a mix of both.

T. Saturn will also be travelling through her 1st sign and close to her stellium soon, which may mean heavy responsibility and lots of work.

In january 2028 she will have t. Saturn on her stellium, and perhaps on an angle and t. Pluto near her nodes - which is fitting with departing from her position. Might be a defeat. But she might simply be getting a new position in the next government. T Jup will be going past her ruler of MC around the same time or shortly after, moving through the 7th and angles and then it will conjunct r. Pluto (success aspect). IF this is the case, then she will have more success with Jup transit in late 2031 and into year 2032-5.

Her solar arcs show her d. Moon-Node come close to r. Jup in 2036, her d. Sat-Jup is coming close to her r. Uranus and possibly her d. Uranus coming to the MC.

Yes it is always transformative in a way that when you look back, it defines the aftermath for years or decades. Something totally takes a new turn. But it always depends on if there is an aspect to Pluto. I think we will always see a difference, that if it is configured to Mars or Saturn it will be much more brutal.

I've been a little bit surprised about my own solar arcs showing such a strong Pluto symbolism recently. D.Pluto opp r. Moon at the same time as d.Sun on r. Pluto. I was worried I would lose someone close to me with that Moon-Pluto, but the separation with my oldest son happened early 2020. It has been more f an inner feeling in me, mourning or feeling sad that my relationship with both my sons has so much distance. The Sun-Pluto aspect may have also to do with my own transformation, but I wouldn't describe it as painful - rather as a transformational awakening.
