I would love to further my education, but I am having trouble choosing a career that aligns most with my chart/me as a person since I am interested and open to many different career paths.
I graduated esthetics school in June 2023 and I have yet to take my two licensing exams. I moved to Orange, TX (which I don’t plan on staying here for much longer) in December 2024 from my hometown, Charleston, SC and I will have to go back to SC to fulfill both exams before the expiration date in June of this year which I plan on doing this in May (and most likely even moving back to Charleston around that time too)
I am considering careers such as:
Mental-Health Therapist/Counselor
Human Resources Manager/Generalist
Massage Therapist
Dental Hygienist
& maybe even nursing. I’m open to any other careers if my chart ‘suggests’ it.
(If I were to go into either mental health therapy, human resources, or dental hygiene I would still keep my esthetics license active but do it as a part-time job/hobby)
(My plan if I were to go for RN is not necessarily work in a healthcare setting, but to become a nurse injector and open my own practice to combine esthetics+injections) (But if I were to go the massage therapy route, I would definitely combine that with esthetics as well)

Re: Career confusion.
By esthetics you mean in relation to cosmetology, yes? (I'm not used to seeing the term, but I think that's what you originally said you were going to school for.) - To get this one idea out of the way, it seems (from simple logic, not astrology) that you should take the exams since you've come this far. Get that one nailed down. It increases your options.
I don't get a strong esthetics feel from your chart. I get elements of empathy and sensitivity to impressions (which can include various artistic sensitivities) from your Moon-Neptune, and your Venus' conjunction with Uranus shows a unique eye... but Venus itself isn't very strong. - All this means that I think you're right to look in a different direction.
When I look at your chart from a career perspective, a couple of things pop out that might surprise you. One (primarily have being born at sunrise - and, even more, from having Sun in Sagittarius) is a need to come from a place of authority - to have some sort of hierarchical separation from others in the sense of being 'above' them. (Sagittarius needs vertical distinction and does well in things that place them somehow 'above.' Sun keeps finding itself at the center of things, a hub around which others orient their reality, so it does well in authority, or somewhere in a "chain of command" where it can honor rank.)
The second thing is that your Mercury is quite strong. For example, it conjoins Sun and is rising. TO be fulfilled, you need to use your brain, to do a substantial amount of mental work, solve problems and process information. This is reinforced by Virgo (a Mercury constellation) on your Midheaven.
Most of what you have listed below fits both of these criteria - perhaps dental hygienist least. Also, to put all of these in a wider context (and perhaps pick up some subtleties of what each of these jobs might mean to you), I suggest you read through the sections on Sun in Sagittarius and Moon in Capricorn to get subtleties that might not be in my mind at the moment:

I'm intrigued thinking about you as a mental health therapist. Your Moon-Neptune is empathetic. At the same time, Moon-Neptune in Capricorn is no stranger to dark corners of the human psyche. Filter this through a rising Sun-Mercury in Sagittarius and I think the possibilities for success - and for genuinely being able to help people - are significant. This doesn't mean I think it the best for you - there are quite a few things you could do, including most that you mentioned below - so singling out this one possibility might just be my own worldview talking.
Focus on the principles of being an authority (or other variation of vertical distinction), using your mind analytically and especially in a problem-solving way, incorporating extreme sensitivity and empathy, and whatever goes Bing! when you read Sun in Sagittarius and Moon in Capricorn.
And, of course, engage further as you need.

Re: Career confusion.
I’m really thrilled to hear that most of those options are fitting for me, especially mental health therapist. I’ve always been a ‘listening ear’ & noticed that I do well at giving others guidance. I almost did it upon graduating high school but changed my mind due to how long the schooling is, but I think I found a way to fast track it. Thanks again, Jim!
