Octiles, again
I've been reading a lot of charts lately with octiles below 2°but not partile and I'm unsure whether to ignore them or if they have considerable effects. How strong is an octile at 1°25' for example relative to a trine at the same orb?

Compared to a trine, the main distinction isnt strength but dynamism. An octile is a dynamic ("hard") asoect, a trine is static.
While they are different types of aspects, in absolute strength a 1 25' octile is about the same as a trine with (about) a 4 devree orb, or a square with a 4.5 degree orb, i.e. About half way througu the Class 2 zone.
