Air India Flight 101

Post by Jim Eshelman »

January 24, 1966, time unknown, 45N52'40", 6E52'00"

Passenger jet accidentally flew into Mont Blanc in France, the highest mountain in the Alps. All 117 people aboard died. The cause seems to have been pilot error: He was instructed to start his descent after he passed Mont Blanc and wrongly thought he'd already passed it. -- I can't find a time for this event, so will use 12:00 CET for now.

Another theory is that the CIA engineered this as an assassination of an Indian nuclear scientist aboard. I don't think this is given much credibility.

The charts are pretty decent all around. Could be stronger, but they're pretty good. The biggest weakness is that there is no Mercury involvement at all. (But it also doesn't look like a bomb.)

Year: Capsolar {+2}
(Pluto marked the exact location [longitude] within about 3 miles.)
Pluto sq. MC 0°03'
Uranus on Asc 1°16' (sq. MC 1°05')
Saturn on WP 1°42'
Jupiter more widely foreground
-- Saturn-Pluto op. 0°57' mundo
-- Uranus-Pluto conj. 1°08'

Bridge {+2}
t Pluto sq. Cansolar Asc 9/12-4/13
t Neptune op. Cansolar WP [tedious to calculate exact date range]
t Uranus sq. Cansolar Asc 9/24-4/10
t Pluto sq. Capsolar MC 1/14-4/9
t Uranus sq. Capsolar MC 1/14-4/7
t Jupiter sq. Capsolar Asc 1/18-3/14
t Saturn op. Capsolar EP 1/20-2/25
Event window: Jan 20 to Feb 25

The Saturn period is contained wholly within the Jupiter period: There wasn't any missing Jupiter. While the Cansolar transits are part of the Bridge and the build-up, one can also say that the one-month window is marked by Saturn's transit to Capsolar WP within the Uranus and Pluto transits, once the new Capsolar setup with Pluto 0°03' from an angle.
