Pluto on MC < 3°, Uranus rising ~2°. Uranus-Pluto sq. 0°14' mundo

CANQ
various Neptunes on WP < 2°

Latest: Injuries are over 200. The Governor has declared a state of emergency. Power cut off to 70,000 people. Felt as far south as Santa Cruz. No fatalities. Significant property damage in Napa-Sonoma, not much anywhere else.

That IS close (5' in mundo).
The good news is that this isn't a very seismically unstable area. The bad news is that the line continues due north through Fresno and near some shaky areas. Plus, for LA, Pluto is only 19' off the IC and now is joined by Uranus on WP. Southern California has an unusually seismically active year with Neptune on a Capsolar angle, so this could be a vulnerable time.

I hope not but keep your hard hat close by. I note that Mercury is also angular in the CapQ. Does this describe a different event?
