By what/how I think understand certain national economic things, and how Trump has teamed up with Musk and his Grok series of AI with Musk’s team of young genius, I would definitely answer your question yes, if you are interested in possibly improving your future bank account with a long term plan. Fortunately, Steve, as interim PM, Carney gets another chance in late April or May when Canada will have an election. Hopefully, Carney will win and be sworn in again with a new and improved chart. The country has soured on Conservatives, in general, which is extremely good news.

He is now telling most of his voting constituency that if he can achieve his economic policies he will do away with income tax for any American making less than 150 K. This will only be allowed if Trump achieves his Tariff driven USA economy. How are income taxes determined in Canada?

For the Carney administration, clearly the strongest feature is the 0°14' Sun-Saturn mundane conjunction, since Sun is only 0°12' from Zenith. But of similar interest (impossible even to suspect except in the mundoscope) is a 0°42' Moon-Venus opposition. If we had only the ecliptic chart as a guide this would be Sun conjunct Saturn and Moon conjunct Neptune - quite a grievous pair. But we also find that exact Moon-Venus and the close (but not partile) Mercury-Venus conjunction. There is quite a mix, which includes kindness. (And Mars is pretty much out of the story, having no strong connection to anything.)

I suspect the Saturn and Neptune conjunctions with luminaries only mean that his entire administration is basically hospice care for his party's control of government, i.e., short-term and terminal.

Steve, we were transferred from Montreal to Connecticut by my husband’s company, as his technical skills were in high demand.

Canadian Federal Income tax is 15% on the first $56,000 but there are tax credits which can lower that. Health care benefits, dental plan for seniors earning less than $90,000 and a dental plan for children are included. Of course, the more you make, the more tax you pay. You can earn up to $30,000 tax-free, which I believe is somewhat similar to the U.S. Municipal taxes are half of what we paid in the U.S. though.

I accidentally found Solunars a few years ago, which was odd as I had given up studying astrology in 1990 when I married. Very occasionally, I looked at transits or progressions but it was rare and even the astrology books that I’d collected were donated to the local library years ago. My thoughts now are I was led to this site for a specific reason related to my spiritual development.

Is the more important event the time the breech occurred or the time it was disclosed to the public? Was there anything relevant happening in the U.S. natal chart?

Starting with basic transits, we're in strong waves of several broad cycles, but was there anything specific to the exact occasion. Indeed there is, and I forecast something resembling the impact of this March 15 event:

...Following its Feb 23 station, Mars continues to transit sensitive areas of the U.S. natal chart with its 3/10 square to natal Saturn and 3/14 crossing of the U.S. Midheaven. This last transit feels like a significant climax of this highly martial post-inauguration period.

Mars' periodic passes through Sun-Saturn-angles of the Declaration of Independence chart has corresponded to numerous crises historically, often involving war and other violence and also often involving the welfare of the U.S. president. A 7.7 earthquake struck central Myanmar this morning, not far from the capital, Mandalay. Several large aftershocks. As far away as Bangkok, the vibrations caused a high-rise under construction to collapse.

Casualties and damage information will keep pouring in for a while. So far, we have reports of at least 167 deaths.

[UODATE: Confirmed casualties niw exceed 3,000. Economic damages likely will exceed Myanmar's annual GDP.]

Myanmar is one of the world's poorest nations. It has also been under prolonged internal warring (a four-year civil war). Conditions were already bleak and this likely made them much bleaker. This was the strongest quake to hit the country (formerly known as Burma) since 1912.

Mars had just risen at the epicenter when the quake struck. It was a Mars event from start to finish - every inch of the way - with a final deadly Saturn push in the CanQ.
