Danny, I've had little time this week while working at a remote, and I'm happy others have been actively engaging on your question. I have a few new things to say, but want to start by saying that the character traits that I think would most define the most thriving careers for you are those that I summarized in my original breakdown of your chart here:

First: Neptune on Midheaven and Sun-Neptune aspects make this a tough question. Until one finds one's distinctive niche, a basic manifestation is
uncertainty or amorphousness about life-direction and purpose. Most people find it easier at first to be variable, shifting, moving through different things, not pinning anything down, mutable, wandering,. In fact (haven't thought of this before), the very spirit of
wandering, whether physically or psychologically, is a probable clue to what fits the pattern. Part of what "works best" for a life-path starts with the idea that one shouldn't pick a path that has one's identity locked into too concrete and firmly-defined a form - which is surely why your chart has so much in common with charts of great actors.
I think too much emphasis has been placed on politics in the above. As a rule, Neptune is not a political planet. Politics (and the astrological patterns of politicians) are primarily about power and economics, which are not Neptune themes. The one study suggesting a connection is a collection of 99 heads of state from one point in the 1970s - all national leaders on the planet, a mixture of presidents, prime ministers, and monarchs - where Sun-Neptune aspects were common. As I recall that study, the aspect patterns that predominated were primarily those that would thrive from living in a palace or mansion (e.g., Venus-Jupiter) and generally maintaining a grand public illusion.
But Pisces Suns are quite average for U.S. Presidents, as are Sun-Neptune aspects (e.g., half as many as Moon-Jupiter), and politicians overall don't have heavily Neptune-driven charts.

Some of the subjects I've been thinking of studying are law, politics, physics or philosophy but really I'm open to anything if my chart indicates that it would be a good fit.
While studying, subjects can hold our attention that lead to jobs we wouldn't do. That is, you need to think about
what you would actually be doing in a job. For example, the study o philosophy would surely interest you, but what would you then choose to do with a philosophy degree? Those are usually teaching jobs, and yes, your chart would fit well with teaching., It would likely involve writing - college professors have to produce product to further their tenure track. Can you see yourself as an academic, living the life of a professor and writer, for example? - And so on for each of these areas.
I still see the greatest match to acting, though that might not be the specific field; but in what other ways would you love employing the native malleability, empathy, flair for image and presentation, and the rest of an actor.
I think you should take as many speech classes as you can. The introductory ones are usually good, but also debate and different styles of speech. This will let you test many of the areas in which you have interest, e.g., it would be of value in politics, teaching, and more.
Physics is intriguing. Pisces-Cancer has a side that relates well to theoretical constructs. Einstein was a Pisces, though he also wasn't a typical physicist. What would you
do
if you took that road? Teach? Research? Something totally outside the usual definition? The life of a research scientist is more of a Saturn thing because it involves doing the same thing rigorously over and over again for decades, with as little variation or wandering as possible - and Saturn is angular for eminent scientists, which does not match your chart.
Perhaps this is useful.
