Folks, it seems that ecliptical partile natal aspects are being listed for every Return once again. (As early as version 0.4.13 at least.) I'm assuming this is an unintentional change? It hadn't been like that for the longest time.
That's the way Mike N had it for quite most of version 0.4.x ...

How much weight should I give the "Other Partile Aspects" in these charts compared to the Class 1 Aspects? The strong tVe sq tJu aspect in two of the above charts looks like it could be valuable.

Regarding the discrepancy, my best guess is that 11:44 PM was meant instead of AM. That chart does have Pluto foreground at all of the locations Nolia mentioned.

To be honest, natal Pluto in return charts does tend to feel more uncomfortable than transiting Pluto. (To be fair, given my Pluto, perhaps I don't get an opinion on this.)
